Domestic and international shipping options: We offer low shipping costs for both Domestic and International. We use the United States Postal Service to ship all packages. Any International duties from customs is the responsibility of the customer.
Transit time: Domestic USPS First Class Mail takes anywhere from 2-7 days depending on your location from ours. We ship from Ponte Vedra, Florida. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. International transit time can vary. Most international packages will arrive within 2-4 weeks sometimes faster depending on customs.
Combine Shipping: We do combine ship. The shopping cart will update according to the number of patterns you are purchasing.
Shipping costs: The shopping cart’s total shipping will update according to your country and zip code. We do offer free shipping for over $30. purchase.
Returns: We will accept exchanges as long as the pattern is returned in the same condition as you received it. Customers are responsible for the cost to ship the pattern back for exchange. After you ship the pattern back please notify us by using the contact link or reply from the invoice in your e-mail and let us know which pattern you wish to exchange for.
Lost mail: in the event of lost or damaged mail we will replace the pattern free of charge, please contact us if after 2 weeks your pattern does not arrive.
