Toddlers back buttoned, high waisted dress with two-piece gathered skirt, or a one-piece skirt when made of bordered fabric. Gathered petticoat in waistline seam. Bodice lined with organdy. The dress may be sleeveless or have set-in puff sleeves. The tie belt is sewn to the sides of the bodice. Optional collar. Lace-edged banding on front of non-bordered dress; lace edging in front waistline seam of the bordered dress. Lace edging on armholes and collar or on the collarless neck.
